Customer Service Engineer

Within our growth project and our company objective, we are looking for a Customer Service Engineer profile for our Head Quarters in Rubi (Barcelona)….

… your role will be:

• Management of any technical inquiries, issues, or commissioning requests.
• Validation, in collaboration with various teams, during the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
• Recording and documentary management of incidents in the system.
• Monitoring incidents with the affected departments, keeping the customer informed about the solutions plans.
• Documentation management and preparation of reports for service interventions.
• Sending installation procedure documentation to the customer.
• Back-up of the Customer Service Manager.

… we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must.
• At least 2-3 years of field service experience in a related technical services role.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical theory and applications, and knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with PLC’s, servomotors & controllers.
• Proficient PC skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English is a must, another language knowdledge would be an asset.
