Household Cleaning Products

Filling and Capping solutions for Household Cleaning Products: detergents, liquid soaps, degreasers, disinfectants, toilet and drain cleaners, bleaches, acids, (pipe and WC cleaners), automotive products, surface cleaners and garden care products.
The same filling and capping line produces a wide range of viscosities with many foaming formulations (foaming is associated to cleaning or dirt removal). Floor cleaners and WC cleaners also contain bleach and acids to increase their formula efficiency while disinfectants usually contains low levels of alcohol in the formula (ATEX).
Bottles for household cleaning products are usually made from PET, HDPE and PP. Most of our customers today have set ambitious targets to reduce the total amount of virgin plastic they use, to ramp up the use of recycled plastic and to only use reusable, recyclable or compostable plastic packaging. We are supporting them with these ambitious plans with new machine designs for light and re-usable bottles.
Any screw-on and snap-on trigger pumps or dosing pump, trigger sprayer, conventional caps, oriented caps, plugs, spouts and childproof closures.
