Hot filling is the technology based on to keep a constant product temperature while the product remains inside of the Filling Machine. Mengibar Hot Filler features a double-jacketed product path with with continuous recirculation of the thermic fluid to keep a constant and homogeneous temperature all along the product pathway.
Hot liquid filling machine is required sometimes for solid products what become liquids at high temperature (candles, stick deodorants, solid air fresheners, etc). Hot liquid filling machine might be also required to sterilize the product before it is filled into the bottle.
