Our company, currently undergoing a growth process, needs to add a Logistics Executive Technician to our Logistics department to ensure proper logistical operations in the machine shipping cycle, guaranteeing the shipment process.
… your role will be:
Pre-shipment Machine Management: Requesting transport quotes and negotiating prices. Contracting transport services and coordinating with othe departments. Measuring equipment with the supplier and coordinating packing dates. Contacting the customer to inform them of reception dates and unloading instructions.Coordinating and managing insurance as well as documentation for Foreign Trade Authorities.
Machine Shipment: Documentation for machine shipment, Coordination and management of the shipment to the customer or destruction of surplus material and/or products. Invoice validation for the Accounting Department.
Tracking and Monitoring: Follow-up and control with Couriers and Freight Forwarders Requesting quotes from the packaging supplier.
Materials Importation: Requesting necessary documentation from the client for the confirmed shipment. Preparing and sending documentation to Customs.Internal logistics for samples (Notification, coding, storage, and movement).Managing the Import Sample Record Book.

- Especialized Logistics Technician in machinery.
- Technical Superior Studies in or similar.
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar functions.
- Fluent in English (minim B2)
- Highly organized professional, with teamwork skills, attention to detail, Service Orientation, Negotiation Skills, Planning Skills.
