A nivel operativo, implican mayores tareas de mantenimiento (limpieza, desinfecci\u00f3n y desincrustado de circuitos) y un consumo energ\u00e9tico elevado asociado a bombas, enfriadoras de agua y sistemas auxiliares de ventilaci\u00f3n.
