del cliente es aumentar su l\u00ednea lineal intermedia mediante la implantaci\u00f3n de un sistema rotativo de movimiento continuo, que permita alcanzar un ritmo de producci\u00f3n de 75 unidades por minuto. Mantener un relleno homog\u00e9neo minimizando al mismo tiempo el riesgo de contaminaci\u00f3n fue tambi\u00e9n una de las principales dificultades de este proyecto.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Para superar estos retos, Mengibar ha desarrollado una soluci\u00f3n que aborda cuestiones clave en el proceso de llenado de este tipo de productos. Esto no s\u00f3lo reduce el tiempo de llenado, sino que tambi\u00e9n evita posibles salpicaduras, garantizando la precisi\u00f3n y minimizando los residuos.<\/p><p>La m\u00e1quina presenta un dise\u00f1o sanitario con boquillas sin contacto, lo que elimina el riesgo de contaminaci\u00f3n cruzada. Al eliminar la presencia de mallas o limitadores de caudal en las boquillas, los esfuerzos de mantenimiento se reducen significativamente, lo que contribuye a mejorar la productividad. <\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, Mengibar ofreci\u00f3 un sistema de limpieza in situ (CIP) de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n que incluye una bandeja colectora de 360\u00ba. Este innovador dise\u00f1o elimina la necesidad de intervenci\u00f3n manual antes y despu\u00e9s del ciclo de limpieza.
