• Solid frame structure built in AISI-304 stainless steel to generate solidity, no vibrations and stability of the geometry. Transparent windows and light fixture for easy visual inspection visual (Total Productive Maintenance). Main drive is equipped with a lockable pneumatic clutch and each starwheel (infeed, outfeed and transfer) feature its own indexing ball detent clutch

• Flexibility for Trigger and Dosing Pumps in the same Capper. Antonio Mengibar S.A. has more than 30 years of experience manufacturing automatic feeding, inserting and tightening solutions for Trigger and Dosing Pumps for all European, American and Asian triggers and pumps manufacturers with screw-on, press-on and bayonet triggers/pumps regardless whether the dip tube is bended or not.

• Hybrid Magnetic Clutches (patented) provide a constant and repetitive application torque in each capping station. Electronic torque control via sevomotors is also available as an option. Screw-on or snap-on trigger or dosing pumps, caps, spouts, plugs or oriented caps can pass throught the same capping turret with just a standard tool-free change over procedure.

• Dip Tube is guided and controlled all the way during the inserting and capping operation. Bended tubes will be processed with total guarantee. The system includes a dip tube presence detector to reject all those trigger pumps wihtout tube before entering into the capper.

• Intelligent Trigger Jam detection system to stop the Sorter when a jam is detected, clear the triggers in the area and restart automatically without any human intervention when a jam is detected.
