
Mr. Antonio Mengibar was a pioneer in the late 80’s to use flowmeter technology based on Faraday’s Law of Magnetic Induction (magnetic flowmeters) or Coriolis Principle (mass flowmeter). The flowmeter generates an induced voltage which is proportional to the flow / mass of the product filled. The system allows pre-selecting the product volume to be filled with an excellent accuracy < σ0.2%.
The machine adjusts individually the dose in each station “on-the-fly” performing with individual readings of every Filling Head in each cycle. Target dose is individually and automatically adjusted to match a better accuracy dose by dose, without stopping the machine and without human intervention. In addition, those containers out of pre-set filling tolerances are rejected.
Antonio Mengibar S.A. Rotary Fillers for foaming products are equipped with LRFH Filling Heads (patented) that work without generating foam by reducing the inertia forces that affect the fluid and avoiding any interaction of this flow with the air. Reduces also the number of filling stations, turret diameter and general dimensions of the filler as well as maintenance costs and stand stills.
Magnetic or Mass Flowmeter Filling technologies are available in Rotary Fillers or Monoblocks.

What makes this machine different from any other in the market?
- Solid frame structure built in AISI-304 stainless steel to generate solidity, no vibrations and stability of the geometry. Transparent windows and light fixture for easy visual inspection visual (Total Productive Maintenance). Main drive is equipped with a lockable pneumatic clutch and each starwheel (infeed, outfeed and transfer) feature its own indexing ball detent clutch

- Simultaneous Dose Adjustment recipe to accommodate to different container capacities.
- Automatic Correction of the dose “on the fly” individually in each filling station according to the standard deviation obtained in each dose. Filling accuracy better than 0,2% Sigma.
- LRFH Filling Stations (patented) that work without generating foam by reducing the inertia forces that affect the fluid and avoiding any interaction of this flow with the air. The system is adjusted automatically for different product viscosities according to the specific characteristics of each different product.
- Cleaning of the product circuit is done by flushing the cleaning product through the circuit and collecting it with a 360º stationary drain pan installed beneath the bottle support disc, without splashing over dry zones of the machine, reducing the consumption of water and downtime. Cleaning starts right after having cleared the machine from bottles, without installing additional components such as pans, pipes, tubes, etc.
- Product circuit is sanitary designed, with sanitary welding, without flexible pipes or tubes that could difficult the normal product flow or cleaning of the system. One drop of water introduced anywhere into the circuit would come out of one of the filling nozzles inevitably and without applying additional air pressure. This fact guarantees the elimination of all dead areas in the product circuit.

- Dosing Spout Inserting and Orienting in an intermediate capping turret completes the Monoblock when the dosing spout has to be inserted and oriented in a different turret before the screw cap.The Spout Feeding System takes care of the orientation of the spout before to delivery to the capping stations. As an option, a vision system and servomotors are available to control de orientation of the spout.

- Trigger Pumps and Sprayers. Antonio Mengibar S.A. has more than 30 years of experience manufacturing automatic feeding, inserting and tightening solutions for Trigger Pumps and Sprayers for all European, American and Asian triggers and sprayers manufacturers with screw-on, press-on and bayonet triggers/sprayers regardless whether the dip tube is bended or not.

- Hybrid Magnetic Clutches provide a constant and repetitive application torque in each capping station. Electronic torque control via sevomotors is also available as an option. Screw-on or snap-on trigger pumps, caps, spouts, plugs or oriented caps can pass throught the same capping turret with just a standard tool-free change over procedure.
