Depending on the type of application or product Antonio Mengibar S.A. may recommend different filling technologies according to each project requirements:
- MECHANICAL DOSING TECHNOLOGY. Based on the traditional cylinder-piston pattern, Antonio Mengibar S.A. applies this system to obtain a major control of the dosed product during the Filling Process, keeping the product if necessary in continuous recirculation and having the possibility to fill at room temperature or to equip the machine with hot filling technology.
- MAG OR MASS FLOWMETER TECHNOLOGY. Antonio Mengibar was a pioneer in the late 80’s to use flowmeter technology based on Faraday’s Law of Magnetic Induction (magnetic flowmeters) or Coriolis Principle (mass flowmeter). The flowmeter generates an induced voltage which is proportional to the flow / mass of the product filled.

What makes this machine different from any other in the market?
- Solid frame structure built in AISI-304 stainless steel to generate solidity, no vibrations and stability of the geometry. Transparent windows and light fixture for easy visual inspection visual (Total Productive Maintenance). Main drive is equipped with a lockable pneumatic clutch and each starwheel (infeed, outfeed and transfer) feature its own indexing ball detent clutch

- Simultaneous Dose Adjustment recipe to accommodate to different container capacities.
- Product circuit is sanitary designed, with sanitary welding, without flexible pipes or tubes that could difficult the normal product flow or cleaning of the system. One drop of water introduced anywhere into the circuit would come out of one of the filling nozzles inevitably and without applying additional air pressure. This fact guarantees the elimination of all dead areas in the product circuit.
- Individual bottle lifting platforms with up and down movement to accompany the product level during the filling operation. Eliminates the risk of air bubbles inside of the container and the excess of aireation of the product during filling.
- Hybrid Magnetic Clutches (patented) provide a constant and repetitive application torque in each capping station. Electronic torque control via sevomotors is also available as an option. Screw-on or snap-on caps, plugs or oriented caps can pass throught the same capping turret with just a standard tool-free change over procedure.
