What makes this machine different from any other in the market?
- Solid frame structure built in AISI-304 stainless steel to generate solidity, no vibrations and stability of the geometry. Transparent windows and light fixture for easy visual inspection visual (Total Productive Maintenance). Main drive is equipped with a lockable pneumatic clutch and each starwheel (infeed, outfeed and transfer) feature its own indexing ball detent clutch

- Product circuit free of death zones the product distribution path comes from the central manfold to the cylinder in a radial design. 3-Way valves permit the product positive displacement with both paths completely isolated
- Product continuous recirculation at a minimum speed of 0,5 m/sec. Any product particle doesn’t remain in the circuit more than 4 seconds. Furthermore, pistons sweep out the product from inside of the cylinder in each cycle and when the machines stops the machine adjust automatically the dose to “zero” to return the product back to the circuit to avoid the AP components sedimentation inside of the cylinder.

- Product constant temperature all along the product circuit. A doble jacketed product circuit allows the “heating fluid” to surround all the parts in contact with the product (product manyfold, valves, cylinders and nozzles) and to recirculate continuously to keep an homogeneous temperature continously.
