The most suitable filling system is always determined in line with the client’s specifications and the type of product to be packaged, with the options of using filling by volume (Magnetic Flowmeters and Mechanical Dosing), weight (Mass Flowmeters) or level (Gravity, Vacuum and Level Control).
The product to be packaged is tested in the laboratory, where the most appropriate filling system is determined as well as the number of filling heads required.

With regard to the filling system: Viscosity (Tixotrophy, Rheology), Foaminess (Liquid + Air = Foam), Capillary Action (Density, Surface Tension) and Conductivity. |

With regard to the useful life of the machinery from mechanical processes: Abrasivity, Sedimentation. |

With regard to safety: Flammability (Flashpoint, Volatility, Pyrophoricity), Explosiveness. |

With regard to the useful life of the materials and the product itself from the effect of chemicals: Corrosivity. |
