Founded by Antonio Mengibar in 1988, the company is firmly committed to developing equipment that is capable of solving the major challenges of the packaging sector, both present and future. The company's deep knowledge in packaging of liquid products and many years of experience making and servicing filling and capping solutions is applied in each machine, representing a new advance in the packaging industry, with the aim to minimize production costs, reduce stand stills, to meet the highest production standards, reducing maintenance time with better access to the machine and better reliability for the cleaning, filling and capping.
More than 1.000 equipments and systems have been installed along of the years having been involved in some of the most complex and revolutionary projects for the leading companies in the market.

Sustainability
"The Rise of Consumer Responsibility", by the Hartman Group, interviewed 1,600 people and learned that 88 percent of consumers define themselves as participating in sustainable behaviors. During these tough economic times, sustainable products create that ‘sweet spot’ that make consumers more optimistic about the choices they are making. In many ways, the term sustainability has become synonymous with responsibility for consumers or just ‘doing the right thing’.
Antonio Mengibar S.A. is concerned about Sustainability and contributes to the packaging industry with environmentally sensitive methods such as energy efficiency, recyclable and biodegradable materials, reducction of energy and water consumption in the processes of product cleaning, waste reduction, etc.

Member of the professorship of the formative program MASTER IN PACKAGING TECHNOLOGY given by "Institut Quimic de Sarrià" in Barcelona, a renown professional prestige university specialized in mechanical engineering, bioengineering.
