COMBINATIONS OF DIFFERENT PRODUCTS AND COLOURED CAPS Each filling head can be fed with the finished product from different tanks, allowing different heads to fill different products, identifying in advance, if necessary, the colour of the container entering the filler.

For different products you can also fit caps, trigger pumps or dosing pumps in different colours, depending on the product dispensed into each container. In this case, the colour discrimination of the cap is done in the same transfer disc of the capper’s pick and place system, so that the system is capable of identifying if one of the containers has been changed and making a correction. |
The equipment designed for this purpose can, if required, also fill the same product in all the filling heads and have the same coloured caps in all the capping heads. |
